This word is used seventy-one times in the King James Bible. The word womb is used metaphorically a number of times. This word, “womb” is used to describe the portal/doorway between the spirit world and the one-time mortal experience. Read the verse below thoughtfully. Job has just lost all his wealth and his much-loved children.
Job 1:21 And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: Yahuah gave, and Yahuah hath taken away; blessed be the name of Yahuah.
I find myself in awe at the humble, submissive and trusting reverence with which Job declares his love for Yahuah, his Elohim (God). This verse speaks so admirably about Job’s sterling character. Shouldn’t each of us be delighted in having been exposed to the lessons taught in the book of Job? Job is truly a wonderful Old Testament book and if you haven’t carefully studied it, please do. The New Testament of the Bible declares that Job was indeed a real historical person. Consider the following for a moment.
Job 42:10-13
10 And Yahuah (God) turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends: also Yahuah (God) gave Job twice as much as he had before.
11 Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that Yahuah had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.
12 So Yahuah blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she-asses.
Verse 12 indicates that Job had gained double of all that was mention of his possessions pryer to the start of his calamity as stated in verse 10.
However, take notice of the numbers regarding his children.
13 He had also seven sons and three daughters.
We are confident that Yahuah our Elohim would not lie. Therefore, there is something wonderful to understand about this discrepancy. What is it? Well, consider this. If the ten children that were killed, will be in company with Job in the afterlife, then this fulfills Yahuah’s gift of twice as much. HalleluYah! Isn’t our Elohim (God, Mighty One.) wonderful beyond words?
Yahuah (God the Father) or Yahusha (The First Born, the Only Begotten) are ONE but separate entities. Yes, they are separate divine entities. More about this at another time. Just know at this time that Yahusha (The First Born, the Only Begotten) has been doing the Father’s well or creative and maintenance work from Genesis to NOW.
Back to the subject of the WOMB of the spirit world. I am personally confident that all life has a spiritual component. That component existed prior to the mortal, flesh and blood body self. Surely, all life comes from life. You undoubtedly are willing and perhaps even excited at the implication of that thought or sad and weighed down with guilt.
Most of us are aware that we are separated from our mother’s womb in an unclothed state, otherwise known as naked. But, who among us, have ever heard of someone returning, re-entering there mother’s womb, naked or otherwise?
Verse Job 1:21 strongly indicates Job’s understanding of where he and his children came from. His understanding must surely have provided comfort in knowing where we are all destined to return too. Job is able to bless the name of Yahuah, our creator. Yes indeed, Job knows we all enter mortality from the womb of the spiritual dimension unto the mortal womb of our mortal mothers. We are clothed in our mortal mother’s womb with flesh, bone, blood and all the other elements that equip us for this pilgrimage which is really a short journey compared to immortality. After we all profit from this earthly experience, we must return to the spiritual realm, naked. Yes, after having been stripped of all earthly clothes, flesh, bone etc., nothing save knowledge may accompany us on our return trip to the spirit world. It is true that there will be those who will transition from mortal to immortal without dying. Probably Yes, in the twinkle or the eye. More commonly we will await in the spirit realm to be called forth once again to be clothed with incorruptible clothes, in other words, an incorruptible body.
Allow me to add one more thought before closing. Remember this life and/or before the resurrection is our opportunity to influence the brightness of the glory of our afterlife. May we all shine like the sun at high-noon in a cloudless sky.
Job 19:25-27
25 For I know that my redeemer liveth and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:
26 And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:
27 Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.
My dear brothers and sisters, I also bear witness, that I know that our redeemer lives. May his grace be upon us for the remainder of our mortality. May we be welcomed into the Kingdom of Yahuah our Elohim, savior, and Father.
HalleluYah! HalleluYah!
